Neue Herbold solutions will be used in the new <strong>Morssinkhof Rymoplast<\/strong> plant in the Belgian province of Limburg, where post-consumer waste made of polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene (PE-HD) will be processed. The plant will include four identical <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dopak.pl\/produkty\/recykling-tworzywa-sztucznego\/linie-myjace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">washing lines<\/a><\/strong> , equipped with flotation-sedimentation separation and advanced cleaning stages. After mechanical drying, the material will be subjected to gravity separation, also based on Neue Herbold solutions. Each of the processing lines is characterized by a capacity of up to 1,500 kg per hour. The central element of the new plant are Neue Herbold SM series <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dopak.pl\/produkty\/recykling-tworzywa-sztucznego\/mlyny-nozowe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">knife mills<\/a><\/strong> , which, thanks to a special ZB type feeder with screw guidance, ensure uniform and continuous feeding of the material to the grinding chamber. Additionally, this feeder effectively prevents the material from escaping to the outside. Thanks to modern solutions, Neue Herbold not only <strong>reduces the energy consumption in the mill drive motors (up to 18% savings)<\/strong> , but also <strong>reduces the level of noise generated<\/strong> . The mills are additionally protected against wear by replaceable protective plates or a special welding layer, which increases their durability.
