Phoenix series pneumatic picker

Phoenix pickers with a rotating arm are universal robots designed for precise pick-up of ingots and small details. They cooperate with injection molding machines in the clamping force range from 30 to 300 tons.

The devices have a menu and full documentation in Polish. An additional advantage is the service support and quickly available spare parts in the Dopak warehouse.

Ideal for low production halls.

Left-right rotation mechanism

To change the side of the sprue or workpiece deposit, simply adjust the screw without having to change the pneumatic lines and magnetic switch.

Changing form parking

Before changing the mould, the user loosens the handle and rotates the picker 90° to a convenient parking position.

Rotary gripper mechanism

The gripper rotates 90°.

Robot cooperating with injection molding machines of various manufacturers through the Euromap 67 interface.
