Operation and programming of Wittmann robots (R8.2, R8, R7, CNC6.2, CNC6, CNC3, C-P61 controls)
Training description:
The aim of the training is to learn practical operation and programming of Wittmann robots and to expand knowledge for people who have already had contact with Wittmann robots. The training program can be adapted to the level of knowledge and expectations of participants. The training consists of two parts: a presentation on operation and programming principles and practical exercises directly at the robot. Program commands, robot communication via the Euromap connector with the injection molding machine, reference program, and placement programs are discussed in detail. During practical exercises, the program selected by the participants is analyzed, with a discussion of problems and solutions, or the program indicated by the trainer.
Purpose and scope of the training:
- Learning how to use the robot, for those who know how to use it – expanding their knowledge with additional functions of the robot.
- Editing programs.
- Learning additional programming possibilities.
- Optimization of robot operation.

Service and Process Engineer with many years of experience in the plastics processing industry and in working with Wittmann robots. Author of programs for many applications that use Wittmann robots in a practical way in industry.
