A live demonstration of MuCell technology using a physical blowing agent will be demonstrated on an all-electric PX 321-1400 injection molding machine . KraussMaffei will present a prototype of the innovative Lion Bike children’s bicycle . Its frame and forks are made of high-performance polyamide 6 polymer, containing 40% recycled carbon fibers . The main components are made in the injection molding process on the KraussMaffei MX 1600 machine .

Thanks to a groundbreaking and resource-saving mix of materials, CO2 emissions are reduced by as much as 67% , compared to bikes with conventional aluminum frames and forks.
