Operating the operator panel, entering process parameters (OP1)
Training description:
The OP1 course is designed to help those new to injection moulding understand the basics of injection moulding. Thanks to knowledge of injection process technology supported by practical exercises, students learn how to set the next steps of the injection process algorithm. Practical exercises will be conducted in a hybrid manner – using remote desktop solutions and directly in front of the operator panel, students will edit parameters and settings of the injection device.
Training objective:

Obtaining information about the injection process;
- Getting to know the elements of the operator panel;
- Acquiring the ability to enter operator panel settings.
Training scope:

OSH training;
- Introduction to plastic injection processing;
- Construction of the MC6 control panel;
- Entering the closing unit settings;
- Entering injection unit settings;
- Overview of alarms and event history;
- Entering settings of peripheral devices;
- Mold filling test;
- Basic quality control options;
- Practical exercises using simulators / injection molding machines.
Recipients:

People who have no contact with the injection process in the past;
- Members of new project groups.
Training cost:
- PLN 2,200 (including lunch dishes, coffee buffet and printed materials).
Evaluation of the training in the opinion of participants:

The training is conducted by:

ENG. KONRAD BELKA Graduated from Automation and Robotics at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He gained his experience working as a service engineer at Dopak. In the years 2018-2022, he participated in many training courses in plastics processing in Poland and abroad. He has KraussMaffei training certificates in the field of service and operation of injection molding machines and the Schulungszentrum für Spritzgießtechnik certificate. Using practical experience and acquired knowledge, he co-creates the CBR training program.
