Process setup and troubleshooting of molded parts (B2 MC5/MC6)
Training description:
Training B2 focuses on improving the injection process and analyzing the impact of process parameters on the quality of the part. The direct consequences of changes in parameters on the injection process and methods of avoiding surface defects of injection moldings are presented. Methods of monitoring and archiving statistical data of the injection process are discussed. Participants will also learn about the methods of dynamic control of the APC process.
Purpose of the training:
- Improving the quality of moldings and the process;
- Constant quality control of the product;
- Presentation of injection molding processes clearly and graphically.
Scope of training:
- Parameterization of injection/compression/plasticization profiles;
- Identifying and solving surface problems of moldings;
- Quality control;
- Operation and basic assumptions of the curve computer;
- Using a curve computer to optimize the process;
