Licensed technology course

Driving license for an injection molding machine

The only training in Poland conducted under license from Schulungszentrum für Spritzgießtechnik, a recognized German training company. The program is carried out for leading plastic detailing manufacturers around the world.

Why is it worth taking part?

  • You will learn how to set the parameters of the injection molding machine in order to obtain high quality of the part and reduce the lack of defects to a minimum.
  • You will understand the relationship between the machine parameters, the injection process and the condition of the material in the mold.
  • You will learn to optimize the injection process, reducing cycle times and reducing electricity consumption for each mold.
  • You will understand the genesis of defects in moldings and how to prevent them.
  • You will learn how to properly use injection machines and increase their service life.

What benefits will your company gain?

  • Cycle time reduction of up to 30% by optimizing the process for each injection mold.
  • Increase of production profits while ensuring constant product quality.
  • Increase in the use and efficiency of machines.
  • Reducing the amount of scrap (saving raw material).
  • Energy savings related to material recycling.
  • Fast return on investment related to employee training.

The course consists of 5 levels. The training is completed by an exam. Certificates and a document “LICENSE OF INTRODUCTION PROCESS TECHNOLOGIST” are a confirmation of participation.

Classes are conducted at the R&D Center’s machinery park (on injection molding machines made by KraussMaffei or other well-known brands) or at customers’ facilities.
