Diagnostics of hydraulic injection molding machines and maintenance of their systems (UR2)

Training description:

The UR2 course focuses on the practical application of students’ skills in analyzing electrical and hydraulic diagrams. Using failure simulators installed in the technical school hall, injection molding machines will undergo simulated damage during automatic operation. The students’ task will be to find the causes of these problems in a systematic and standardized way. Using diagnostic functions, workshop participants will be able to perform diagnostic activities related to analyzing the operation of injection molding machine systems (pumps, proportional valves). The KraussMaffei control panel module preview functions will allow you to analyze the operation of electrical components and speed up diagnostic tests for students.

Training Objectives:

  • Planning of repair work when solving problems;

  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of the hydraulic system;
  • Standardization of the diagnosis process;
  • Familiarize yourself with maintenance schedules.
