Training description:
The training is intended for maintenance workers, service workers, electricians and maintenance workers of injection machines working with electrical systems. Alarm messages and the history of the operator panel alarms are discussed in detail. Individual cards provided by the manufacturer of electrical diagrams are explained, along with their nomenclature. Electrical diagnostic functions are analyzed. The acquired knowledge is used in the further part of the training to analyze the electrical diagrams of the machine, made available during the classes. Then, training participants carry out a series of electrical diagnoses at the production stand with the use of service tools.

- Instant diagnosis and troubleshooting of the electrical system;
- Scheduling of service work during troubleshooting;
- Standardization of the course of diagnosis.

The training is conducted by:
ENG. KONRAD BELKA
Engineer of the Research and Development Center. A graduate of automation and robotics at the Wrocław University of Technology. He gained his experience working as a service engineer at Dopak. In 2018-2022, he participated in many training courses in Poland and abroad in the processing of plastics. He has KraussMaffei training certificates in the field of service and operation of injection molding machines and the Schulungszentrum für Spritzgießtechnik certificate. Using practical experience and acquired knowledge, she co-creates the training program of the R&D Center.
