KraussMaffei linear robot panel operation, WizardX program wizard (LR1)
Training description:
The aim of the LR1 course is to provide technical people, operators, setters and newly employed people with basic information on the operation of the KraussMaffei linear robot. Our main task will be to present methods of programming a linear robot. Training participants will learn what variables the robot uses and how these variables can be edited. During the workshops, students will program the robot using the WizardX program wizard, as well as edit individual functions – using the free programming mode.
Purpose of the training:

Quickly and safely prepare the linear robot for operation;
- Effective gripper configuration setting;
- Recognition and behavior when robot alarms occur;
- Creating robot programs using the WizardX tool;
- Introducing the free programming interface.

ENG. KONRAD BELKA
Graduate of Automation and Robotics at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. He gained his experience working as a service engineer at Dopak. In the years 2018-2022, he participated in many training courses in plastics processing in Poland and abroad. He has KraussMaffei training certificates in the field of service and operation of injection molding machines and the Schulungszentrum für Spritzgießtechnik certificate. Using practical experience and acquired knowledge, she co-creates the CBR training program.
