Linear robots (LR MC5 / MC6)

Training description:

The subject of the LR workshop is the safe and trouble-free operation of KraussMaffei linear robots. Classes start with a short OHS workshop. The construction and design assumptions of KraussMaffei robots are presented. Using control panel simulators, robot operation is discussed with particular emphasis on the needs of maintenance workers. Diagnostic functions provided by the manufacturer (in terms of the robot) are discussed, as well as the procedures for calibrating the zero points of the robot axes and the maintenance schedules of the robot.

Purpose of the training:

  • Instant diagnosis and troubleshooting of the robot;
  • Preventive maintenance to ensure continuous operation of the robot.
