Product quality assurance in the injection process – defects of raw material and moldings (PTS-2)

During the training you will learn:

  • how to ensure high quality of details produced in the injection process,
  • how to recognize granulate defects,
  • when individual defects of moldings arise and how to deal with them,
  • how to plan the technological process to minimize the occurrence of defects.

Purpose and scope of the training:

  • Detailed discussion of known types of defects in moldings;
  • Reasons for the formation of individual defects in moldings;
  • Ways of dealing with the occurring defects;
  • Typical defects of plastic granules;
  • Practical approach to quality assurance in the process;
  • Discussion of defects on many real examples;
  • The essence of the process approach in planning the minimization of defects arising in the injection technology.

A graduate of the Wrocław University of Science and Technology in the field of material engineering with a specialization in engineering and technology of polymers. He has extensive professional experience in the field of laboratory research, production management methodology and quality assurance in the process. He is particularly interested in the extrusion and injection processes. Experienced trainer willing to share his knowledge.
