October 15, 2021 we hosted outstanding authorities from the Polish scientific community and the German delegation participating in the 14th Polish-Saxon Business Forum 2021. The meeting was attended, among others, by prof. Lothar Kroll from TU Chemnitz, prof. dr hab. Eng. Edward Chlebus from the Wrocław University of Technology, dr hab. Eng. Anna Król from the Opole University of Technology, dr hab. Eng. Marek Jałbrzykowski from the Białystok University of Technology, prof. dr hab. Eng. Marek Bieliński and dr hab. Eng. Dariusz Sykutera from the Bydgoszcz University of Technology.

The main purpose of the meeting was to establish cooperation and transfer knowledge from scientific and research organizations to the world of business and the plastics processing industry. The guests were the first to see the Dopak Research and Development Center, which is a significant milestone in the company’s history. The training center, which is a combination of technical knowledge and a specialized hardware base, is an element that complements the company’s offer, next to the comprehensive implementation of production lines in the field of plastics, automation and digitization of Industry 4.0 technological and production processes.

As part of its Research and Development Center, Dopak will share knowledge and technological novelties, assist in the development of production technology and the selection of technological parameters in order to achieve maximum efficiency and ensure the highest quality products.
