Quality control, removal of molding defects and optimization of the injection process (OP2)

Training description:

The OP2 course is Dopak’s response to our partners’ needs for information on improving the injection process. During the workshops, our instructors will show how to parameterize the process and their direct impact on the injection detail. Working with the injection process technology card prepared by the students during the training, we will present ways of controlling the quality of the detail in terms of process parameters. The machines in our technical school are equipped with advanced quality control and process stabilization systems such as a graphic computer function or the APC+ system, which will be presented and configured during the training.

Training objective:

  • In-depth analysis of the impact of setting changes on the injection process;

  • Setting advanced functions of the injection process on the operator panel;
  • Discussion of additional digital functionalities.
