Vacuum loaders for granules and plastics
Workstation loaders – series F
- Compact devices for the pneumatic transport of plastic granules;
- A well-thought-out design enables quick cleaning and hassle-free maintenance;
- All parts in contact with the feed are made of stainless steel, making them ideal for applications requiring high abrasion resistance.
Venturi loaders
- Dedicated mainly to the automatic feeding of the dye to the dispenser or supplying micro injection molding machines;
- The feeding is done using compressed air;
- Available as separate devices or integrated with Digicolor dispensers.
System loaders – AT series
One of the areas of application of AT feeders are small three-phase systems, including a vacuum pump and a filter station. They are recommended where an ordinary station feeder is not enough: for very high capacities, long distances of feeding or polymers that are most difficult to transport.
The common denominator of the AT series is made of high-quality stainless steel, careful processing of edges and welds, and a well-thought-out ergonomic design.

Compact units
They perfectly take over the role of small feeding systems. They are dedicated to support 3, 5 or even 10 receivers. Compact design with integrated side channel blower, SIEMENS controller and air filter requires a small footprint
The high-class Siemens LOGO control is user-friendly, all operating parameters are displayed in a clear way. The Plug & Play design and LED status indicators on each station simplify operation and increase work efficiency.
Automatic filter cleaning is done by reversing the engine speed.
Inverter-regulated pumps are available as an option.
