Innovative systems
IMD – metal detection system
The integrated IMD system has been developed to protect the grinding chamber. Detects all conductive metals. After detecting a metal particle, the mill shaft is immediately stopped (in 40 milliseconds) and the information about the location of the detection is shown on the text display of the controller. After cleaning the device, production can be resumed quickly.
Thanks to the IMD system, not only the mill is effectively protected, but also the plasticizing unit of the injection molding machine, hot runners and the injection mold.
MASHER system
It is a function of automatic intake of particularly large and difficult-to-grind details. Special picking knives on the rotating Masher shaft grab the workpieces and press them directly into the grinding chamber. The feed and material processing are continuously regulated and controlled by the controller. The direction of rotation and the interruption of the Masher shaft is of decisive importance and is adjustable.
